About You and ESKA Finance: 
Our leasing and loan brokers work remotely and flexibly.
You may service customers in a way that suits you. 
Usually our credit brokers work by phone and email. Sometimes traveling in the region to make face-to-face meetings and catch ups.
You can be located in any region or city in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, France, Poland . We are happy to work with regional leasing / credit brokers from all corners of of Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, France, Poland .  

As our leasing broker you will:

• have the backing of ESKA Finance
• benefit from pre-qualified customer leads from your region
• receive leasing processing support so you can focus on customer service and income growth instead of paperwork
• enjoy a competitive commission structure, with upfront or  trail commissions paid on every leasing deal you sign
• be able to work remotely during the hours that are comfortable for you
• choose your own level of commission payments from the deals depending on each deal 

Your profile:
- At least 12 month’s experience in banking, lending, any kind of broking: insurance, leasing, loan, mortgage. 
- A strong desire to help Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Austrian, French, Polish  micro and SMEs achieve their business goals 
- The drive and determination to build a thriving leasing broking business
