About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Content Manager/Moderator to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our platform remains reliable, user-friendly, and compliant with quality standards. Your main responsibilities will involve verifying users, reviewing uploaded listings for accuracy and compliance, and making corrections when necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- User Verification: Validate user profiles and ensure all required information is complete and authentic.
- Listing Moderation: Review user-uploaded listings of equipment and vehicles for accuracy, quality, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Content Correction: Edit or suggest corrections to listings that do not meet standards, including improving descriptions, formatting, or categorization.
- Content Quality Control: Ensure the platform maintains a consistent standard of professionalism and reliability by actively monitoring new and existing listings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to address user inquiries or issues related to content moderation.
- Reporting Issues: Identify and report fraudulent or suspicious activity to ensure a safe and trustworthy platform.
Must-Have Skills
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in user-submitted content.
- Content Moderation Experience: Previous experience in moderating or managing user-generated content on digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with content management systems (CMS) and basic editing tools.
- Language Skills: c1 or C2 in English. French is a huge plus
