About You and ESKA Finance: 

The Country Manager's mission is to be the rocket fuel that launches ESKA Finance. This position will lead the charge as we work to develop a market presence in Slovakia. The ideal candidate has experience in building partnership sales and agent / distribution networks. Preferred experience in Automotive Finance / Insurance / Distribution. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of building partnership distribution networks and extensive network of their contacts to quickly establish partnerships and increase contract volume while gaining market share. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, they will be in charge of developing the presence in the country.

This role demands delivery in 90 days or less, offering a great opportunity to join the team at the beginning of our journey with enormous career growth prospects.

Responsibilities 

  • Utilize strong interpersonal and management skills to grow and develop company’s presence in the country

  • Develop operations in the Slovak market.

  • Establish partner programs with insurance companies and other service providers

  • Network and nurture investor contacts.

  • Ensure success of the team and maximize profit through deal structuring 

  • Develop strategic partnerships with Dealers, Agents and all possible sales channels 

  • Consistently analyze and review business trends to identify gaps to plan and execute.

  • Represent the company and be in contact with Authorities / Partners / Communities  

  • Build high quality relationships at all levels

  • Build partnership programs with manufacturers / importers / dealers

  • Use data to determine the market share potential for ESKA Finance in Slovakia and Czech Republic, and identify the need for additional team members in the area 

  • Establish specific, time-sensitive goals for company development 
     

Experience / Abilities 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in Automotive Finance / Insurance / Lending or Auto dealerships / Distribution

  • Bilingual fluency in Slovak and English 

  • Ready to travel 

  • Experience with CRM tools
     

Requirements

  • Exceptional management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Fluency in Slovak and English.

  • Experience with CRM tools preferred.
