About You and ESKA Finance: 

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advisor to enable seamless sales operations, by ensuring all stages of the business processes are promptly addressed, and that they are fully supported from onboarding throughout their journey. If you excel at resolving user queries, supporting sales teams, and ensuring efficient sales processes, we want to hear from you.

You:

  • You manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and approach.
  • You are curious and you love to learn - this makes you a trusted advisor to our clients and your colleagues. 
  • Languages: Slovak - C2 level. Good communication skills in English. Czech, Hungarian or German would be a great bonus.  
  • This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems 

 

Your challenge:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance across various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and text
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using our CRM system
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Work towards achieving customer service targets and metrics.
  • Enhance customer service quality by analyzing and refining processes and system configurations
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to the sales team to maximize customer operational performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot network problems related to customer service channels and platforms
  • Collaborate with and report directly to the Sales Manager

A typical day for you will be:

  • Answering inbound calls and incoming leads, answering queries and requests as well as handling web chats and customer emails
  • Helping businesses to complete their application
  • Assisting existing customers with account queries such as handling repayments, processing renewal requests and other administrative tasks
  • Pitching our services to customers who come through our marketing channels
  • Liaising with multiple teams within ESKA in a cross-functional team such as Sales, Partner Development, Credit Analysis and Back Office to achieve the best outcome for our customers
  • We rely on our team member’s feedback to continually improve. You’ll be encouraged to share your insights and ideas to help us reach our goals
