About You and ESKA Finance:
We are looking for an accurate Operations Coordinator to join our back office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the starting of a new client goes smoothly
Help the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)
Liaising with GPS tracker companies to ensure that a tracker is installed before the clients take the vehicle
Ensure that all contracts, insurance documents, and car registrations are all done in appropriate timing with the perfect information
Liaise constantly with the sales and operations team to raise blockers or challenges as soon as they arise, but also to proactively communicate on statuses of accounts
Maintaining the portfolio of clients to make sure that all their requests are handled in a timely manner but also making sure that we are on top of payments and various schedules
Analyze manual processes and suggest automatisation whenever possible to ensure a smooth operation of workflows
Collaborate with sales team, product management, accounting, customer support to deliver features that meet our customers’ needs
Objective : Ensure that all documents, legal requirements, flows of communication are handled perfectly, with a view of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bac + 2 or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in a comparable role
Impeccable organization skills with perfect verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy utilizing various systems and applications
Experience with Hub
French C2 and conversational English
A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than clinging to problems.
Experience in the field of financial products, insurance, automobiles, or similar industries is a plus, but not a must.
