About You and ESKA Finance: 

At ESKA Finance, we're seeking a Sales specialist who is curious and willing to engage with a diverse array of entrepreneurs. You will need to consult incoming leads and help them with going through the application process smoothly. You will have to work with handling the objections. You will have to find ways to approach different groups of clients to offer them financial opportunities. It is a job that requires initiative and support. Fluency in French and English is crucial for effectively connecting with our multicultural clientele as well as with our multicultural team. Ready to make a meaningful impact? You:

You have experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Sales are your DNA - You are great with acquiring new customers but you easily switch gears to keep track and expand existing relationships.

You are curious and you love to learn - this makes you a trusted advisor to our clients.  

You manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and approach.

Experience in multi-level selling and account planning.

Proficient in CRM tools - you keep your operations seamless and informed.

You love to travel for client meetings.

Languages: French is your native language. Strong communication skills in English is a must. 

 

Your challenge:

Define prospective client categories and approach them. 

You convince French-speaking clients and dealers of our services by phone and personal meetings.

You are in charge of the entire sales process: first contact, negotiations and offer, vehicle / machinery search, contract conclusion.

Manage daily sales operations, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong client relationships.

You are responsible for building up your own customer base, building up your own network, and expanding it non-stop.

You constantly question existing sales approaches and find ways to speed them up and digitalise.

You offer our customers customized financial products and solutions to gain a competitive advantage over standard market offers.

You collaborate with the Marketing team to develop efficient and precise customer acquisition campaigns.

You contribute towards achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets of more than 100%

 

Your profile:

Passion for sales: You love to convince customers and achieve sales success.

Extrovert: You love building relationships with clients and widening your network.

French - native speaker and solid English language skills.

A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than clinging to problems.

Experience in the field of financial products, insurance, automobiles, or similar industries is a plus.
