Are you passionate about driving success in the automotive industry and / or FinTech through collaboration and diversity? At ESKA Finance, we're seeking a Sales specialist who is curious and willing to engage with a diverse array of entrepreneurs. You will need to consult incoming leads and help them with going through the application process smoothly. You will have to work with handling the objections. You will have to find ways to approach different groups of clients to offer them financial opportunities. It is a job that requires initiative and support. Fluency in Slovak and English is crucial for effectively connecting with our multicultural clientele as well as with our multicultural team. Ready to make a meaningful impact? You

  • You’ve successfully sold B2B or B2C services in finance, insurance, FMCG etc to small or medium accounts and are ready to take the next step.
  • Sales are your DNA - You are great with acquiring new customers but you easily switch gears to keep track and expand existing relationships.
  • You listen to client needs and offer solutions.
  • You are curious about cars, commercial transport, construction or agricultural machinery - this makes you a trusted advisor to our clients.  
  • Curiosity, openness and readiness to tackle a new challenge - that is You.
  • You manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and approach.
  • Experience in multi-level selling and account planning.
  • Proficient in CRM tools - you keep your operations seamless and informed.
  • Culturally adept, you navigate the nuances of international markets.
  • You love to travel for client meetings.
  • Languages: A fluency in Slovak and English is a must. Czech, Hungarian or German would be a great bonus.
